WEATHER & LOCATION CONDITIONS: While we will make every effort to visit beautiful and photogenic locations, we do not guarantee ideal weather conditions or that each location will be at its peak during the workshop.

ITINERARIES: Workshop itineraries may fluctuate year to year, and photo locations may vary depending on conditions and availability.

EXCLUDED COSTS: The workshop fee does not cover transportation, lodging, or meals. Participants are responsible for these expenses.

TARGET PARTICIPATION LEVEL: To keep our fees as low as possible, we may overbook some workshops by one space (i.e., the target number of participants plus one). Workshops will not be canceled due to low participation.

LIABILITY & RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Participants are required to sign a Risk Acknowledgment Form before entering the field. This form will be provided upon registration, and must be returned at the start of the workshop.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: In the event that Rocky Mountain Reflections Photography, Inc. (RMRPI) cancels a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (such as an inability to obtain necessary permits, instructor injury, or other serious events), we will refund any fees paid to RMRPI for that specific workshop. If a workshop is canceled due to circumstances like a natural disaster, government closure, or other similar events, RMRPI may be unable to issue a refund. In such cases, any fees paid will be credited toward a future workshop of the participant's choice. RMRPI is not responsible for other costs incurred by participants (e.g., airline tickets, hotel deposits, rental cars, etc.) related to a canceled workshop.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may impact your plans.
