CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change. To cancel your workshop reservation, please notify us via phone, email, or postal mail. The following cancellation fees apply based on the time of notice:
More than 90 days before the workshop: Full refund of your $300 deposit.
90 to 61 days before the workshop: $300 cancellation fee.
60 to 31 days before the workshop: 50% of the total workshop fee.
30 days or fewer before the workshop: No refund; full workshop fee is due.
