Iceland Fishing Boat

This winter image, the near the shore of an eastern fjord in Iceland, is comprised of long brown grass dusted with snow. On this grassy shore sits an old, wooden hull fishing vessel. Long ago the hull was colorfully painted with three horizontal stripes, a red one on top, white in the middle and blue at the bottom. Across the fjord snowy mountains rise to the morning sky filled with beautiful clouds receiving early light.
