Cable Grist Mill

A zigzag fence cuts across the foreground on the left side of this image, in front of the grist mill. In the bottom, right corner an elevated, wooden ramp enters the frame and leads to the Cable Grist Mill that fills the area right of center in the frame. On the side of the mill, behind the zigzag fence, is a large, stationary, moss covered water wheel with water flowing down, through and around, the spokes and spindle. Autumn colors are on the ground and in the forest that surrounds the mill.
