Left Fork North Creek

A wide shelf of red rock is across the bottom half of the image and it slopes down toward the viewer. A stream flows over this sloping expanse of rock emerging in the center of the frame and fanning out to fill the width of the frame at the bottom. The stream has many little cascades as it flows over layers in the shelf. On each side of the stream are vibrant autumn colors and above them, in the background, are sheer canyon cliffs that merge right of center in the frame forming a v shape with the stormy sky.
