Spruce Flats Falls

A heavy autumn rain has brought many leaves down the cascading waterfall to the large pool at the bottom of Spruce Flats Falls. The bottom half of this image shows this large pool surrounded by rocks and a thick coating of autumn leaves. A long exposure has caused the leaves and water froth to create multiple circular patterns on the surface of the pool. The right side of the upper half of the image shows the cascading waterfall flowing over moss coated rocks into the pool and on the left side are a few trees and a leaf covered slope leading down to the pool.
